Fantastic location!

staying at nishitetsu was fantastic! the location is perfect, right above tenjin station and surrounded by several shopping malls. i loved that i could easily explore places like the famous dazaifu. the room was cozy, and the in-room massage service was a nice treat after a long day. absolutely loved being so close to great dining options!

The location is just unbeatable! You step outside and there’s a world of stores at your fingertips, and the food, oh man, the yatai stalls just a stroll away are a must-visit. It’s nothing short of a culinary adventure, even when you're exhausted. The check-in process was seamless, the staff was courteous and very helpful throughout our stay.

Our family enjoyed the spacious room with newly refurbished interiors, featuring great air conditioning and a clean bathroom. Loved being steps away from the Solaria mall's diverse dining options. Pro tip, check out the nearby konbini for quick snacks. Overall, a smooth stay with kind staff.

Stayed here for 3 nights and it was awesome! The location is super convenient, right in the shopping district with tons of malls nearby. We were impressed by the spacious room that had cool decor and a nice vibe. The staff were super helpful too, even taking our bags to our room! Just a bit of a wait at check-in.

During my stay, I really appreciated the excellent location with easy access to the Tenjin Underground Shopping Center just a short walk away. The nearby Maizuru Park offered a perfect spot for relaxing walks amidst nature after a day of exploring the city, which made my weekend trip truly enjoyable.

The spacious and clean room offered excellent lighting and controllable air conditioning, making for a comfortable stay. Located within a shopping mall, it provided easy access to numerous restaurants and stores. The transportation options were also convenient, with multiple connections to nearby attractions. However, finding the way to some connections within the mall could be tricky, and occasionally, the room size seemed cramped despite the good layout.

The Superior Twin Room was surprisingly spacious and comfy, with a great view from the 16th floor. Decor was classy and fresh, definitely feels recently updated. Loved the amenities, especially the bathroom. Plus, it was nice to have good English-speaking staff around. I did notice the air vents could use a clean, and there was a slight musty smell in the bathroom, but nothing too bothersome. Overall, a solid stay.

The grilled meat at nearby Tenjin Hormone Teppanyaki was a flavor explosion, definitely a must-try! Plus, with direct access to the underground shopping mall, you're truly in the heart of the action. The staff here are super friendly, ensuring you feel right at home.

While the room itself was cozy, I noticed the vents could use a little TLC, and the bathroom had a bit of a musky vibe. Thankfully, this didn't ruin the overall experience. just a little polish needed!
